Endurance: Under

The final chapter of Endurance submerges the viewer amidst the striking, cathedral-like rock structures of the freezing Arctic waters. Flashes of bioluminescence, large pods of whales and narwhals can be coaxed into the open via the viewer’s movement and touch. Light and colour continuously shift and evolve within this beautiful but alien scene, revealing anthropomorphic forms within the stratified ice layers. As one of the lesser-explored environments on the planet,the underwater depths are rich with undiscovered histories for the imagination to explore.
